The Manchester City star’s house was raided of £1million worth of jewellery by thieves on Boxing Day in Cheshire.

His teammate Kevin De Bruyne, meanwhile saw his 70-acre home in Belgium was also broken into in early December whilst he was in Saudia Arabia for the Club World Cup.

IT’S ALL KICKING OFF!

It’s All Kicking Off is an exciting new podcast from Mail Sport that promises a different take on Premier League football, with a show every Monday and Thursday this season.

It is available on MailOnline, Mail+, YouTube , Apple Music and Spotify

Last year the Raheem Sterling was forced to return home from the World Cup following a raid at his home in Surrey, while Grealish’s former teammate Joao Cancelo and Manchester United defender Victor Lindelof were also target.

Jesse Lingard and Paul Pogba, Lindelof’s former teammates at Old Trafford, were also victim of burglaries.

In December, Mail Sport revealed Premier League footballers spend thousands on hiring ex-SAS officers, purchasing protection dogs and installing steel panic rooms with emergency phone lines in their houses.

Last week, Chelsea defender Ben Chilwell put his £4.75million Surrey mansion up for sale reportedly due to concerns over the increased number of burglaries.
