Brian Austin Green on Wednesday took to heap criticism on Dancing With the Stars producers and alumni after his fiancée Sharna Burgess was not invited to participate or even attend the show’s highly-anticipated tribute to late judge Len Goodman.

‘I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed I was for @sharnaburgess to not be invited for the tribute last night,’ the Beverly Hills, 90210 actor, 50, said Wednesday over the snub to his fiancee, 38, who was a professional dancer on the show spanning 14 seasons.

He added: ‘It’s disappointing as well that none of her “family in the ballroom” stuck up for her and spoke out.’

Goodman, a regular on the ABC series between 2005 until 2022, died in April at 78 after battling bone cancer, about four months after he retired from his judging post on the ballroom competition.

On Tuesday’s episode, co-host Julianne Hough and judge Derek Hough were prominently featured in the segment featuring the tribute to the English dance professional, that aired in the middle of the program.

The segment featured a number of the show’s alums including Mark Ballas, Maks Chmerkovskiy, Tony Dovolani, Kym Johnson-Herjavec, Karina Smirnoff, Anna Trebunskaya, Edyta Śliwińska and Louis van Amstel.

The professional dancers performed in a routine to Moon River from Henry Mancini put together by Jenna Johnson and Val Chmerkovskiy, saying it was a favorite of the late judge.

Green said Burgess, who he paired up with in competition on the ABC series in 2021, ‘deserved better,’ describing her as ‘an incredible soul’ who ‘has always been a friend to everyone.’

Green added in the caption that the Australia-born beauty, who he shares one-year-old son Zane Walker Green with, ‘wasn’t even invited to sit in the stands and watch’ the emotional tribute to the beloved Goodman.

‘Shame on that group of people,’ he said. ‘Kindness is an action, and so is love.’

Green said that Cheryl Burke – who also went public about not being invited back for the episode – ‘should have been there as well.’

Burgess put up a post on her Instagram Stories saying that Green has seen her ‘be super upset (again) about the show I love,’ and that she has restrained herself from speaking out ‘about the tribute because of a few reasons.’

She said, ‘Firstly… I know it’s not about me. It’s about Len and the honor he deserved. Secondly, this hurt more than not being asked back and I’m working through it.

‘Thirdly, sharing feelings on here often gets met with a few negative people who believe I didn’t deserve to be there anyway. So why open myself up to it?’
