The Block’s Eliza and Liberty have revealed that the drama between them and rivals Kristy and Brett has continued since the show finished production.

Eliza told the Hit Network’s Fifi, Fev & Nick show this week that the relationship has remained ‘toxic’.

‘It’s really toxic, it’s so bad. We saw each other on the weekend. Had to be in the same room which was interesting,’ she said.

‘I just want to make it very clear that the people you’re seeing on the show are the people they are in real life. We’ve actually been told it’s been pared back for television’ Eliza continued.

‘She [Kristy] said to me, “Oh maybe you shouldn’t have gone on reality TV, maybe you’re not cut out for it”. Which, I kinda think I’m perfect for reality TV because I have real emotions.

‘They’re coming on national TV [to do interviews] and saying, “It was all a game show to us, everyone knew we were playing games, it was all lighthearted and fun and funny.” But I’m like, “You’re the only one laughing.”

‘It’s really gross to us, and [it’s] challenging us morally and ethically now off the show more than ever.’

It comes after an argument broke out on last Sunday’s episode of The Block when Eliza and Liberty clashed with Kristy and Brett over their ‘special treatment’.

Kristy and Brett came to blows with the pair after they won the night’s room reveal, and insisted Eliza and Liberty are favourites with the show’s producers.

‘So, no conspiracy theories – I know there’s chat about that. I know you guys think we get special treatment, but we don’t. You disagree?’ Eliza accused the pair.

‘Are we saying that you do get an extra hand? 100 per cent,’ Kristy replied after an angry back and forth.

‘What? I’m kind to people, so they’re kind back to me? Yeah, special treatment,’ Eliza snapped angrily.

‘I just feel like you’re in no position to tell us what we should be doing. You’re getting stuff done for you and you’re like, ‘be nicer to people!” Kristy said.

The pair eventually stopped arguing, with Kristy insisting she was ‘happy’ for Eliza and Liberty.

‘It boiled over for me, and I think it’s important to call out bad behaviour,’ Eliza said after the fight.

Kristy meanwhile was happy that she faced off with the women, insisting, ‘I’m not here to make friends’.

Earlier this month, Kristy and Brett launched an extraordinary spray against Channel Nine, accusing the network of playing favourites.

The married couple, both 34, became very upset after noticing fellow Blockhead Liberty was being driven around by foreman Dan to run errands and lashed out on camera.

‘Liberty and Eliza get gifted everything, every week. I don’t know how they’ve blown out their budget, because they get given money every single day,’ Kristy said.

‘They get everything handed to them on a silver platter, ‘You woke up this morning! Here’s $500.’ You know what? We’ll get a handout every f**king day of the week, then we’ll be sweet.’

Kristy was referring to an incident earlier in the week, when host Scott Cam gifted Liberty and her sister Eliza $500 for being the ‘most improved team’, much to the dissatisfaction of others.

However, a producer refuted Kristy’s claim, telling the Adelaide couple that all contestants were treated equally during their stint on the show.
