Was Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews Arrested? Charges Details
Daniel Andrews, the Premier of Victoria, has not been arrested. He is, however, summoned to front court for hiding an overt act of treason.
Andrews is scheduled to appear in court on Friday, December 16, 2021. Due to Covid concerns, the hearing will be held by video link.
The allegations were brought in secret by anti-lockdown activists Jim Rech and photographer Dezi Freeman.
Thousands of Victorians have also protested Premier throughout the last two years. They oppose the planned pandemic legislation.
Andrews is reportedly irritated by the news and has gone on leave as a result. It’s still unknown where the premier went at the end of the year.
The Victorian premier is married to Catherine Kesik and resides in Mulgrave, according to reports. The father of three children, he is 49 years old.

Daniel Andrews Had Received Death Threats From Protesters- Was the Culprit Arrested?
In early November 2021, Daniel Andrews received repeated death threats. A Melbourne man was eventually charged in connection with the alleged threats.
Imre Pelyva, a protestor who brought weapons to the streets of Melbourne, had been detained by police.
Imre was also spotted making unsettling remarks to the protestor.
He made public statements such as “bring out the rifles and shotguns” and “kill Mr. Dan f — k in the head.”
Following the social media statement, Pelyva guided protestors on how to make Molotov cocktails.
He described himself as “burning cop cars down” and “bash(ing) the hell out of them.”
On November 18, 2021, counter-terrorism police apprehended the protestor after investing in the incident involving the death threat.

Death threats were made directly to Daniel Andrews on Twitter and other social media sites.
Angere activists also shared numerous images of suicide Grafitti. Some were also spotted spray-painting on a Melbourne street.
Protesters against the lockdown have not left the premier’s office in over two years. However, police officers are looking into such heinous vandalism.
Meanwhile, photographs continue to circulate on Twitter, Reddit, and Instagram.
