Love Island’s Amy Hart proudly showed off her figure as she shared her 2024 weight loss goals.

The reality star, 31, who welcomed her first child with her fiancé Sam Ransom, 33, nine months ago, donned a black sports bra and leggings in the Instagram clip.

She then opened her wardrobe and pulled out a jumper, before sipping on a huge water bottle.

Amy wrote alongside the video: ‘I have a lot I want to achieve this year, but here’s why I’m not setting any goals in 2024.

‘So. I looked through my goals from last year that I wrote in January and although I achieved a lot of them, lots of them weren’t applicable for the second half of the year due to changes in circumstances.

She continued: ‘This year with that in mind, I’m doing month by month goals. For January my goals are: 2.2l of water a day, at least a 30 min walk a day, gym 4 times a week, stick to my macros, 3kg weight loss, take my supplements everyday, post everyday on Instagram.’

‘I just feel like these bitesized goals are more manageable and flexible to reasses at the end of every month!’ she continued.

‘I’m very interested in the whole notion of goal setting. How do you set your goals and what have you set yourself for the new year?’

Fans praised Amy for showing off her ‘real body’ and being open about her goals, with one penning: ‘Love this, you got this’

Another wrote: ‘Love seeing your posts, it inspires me that you can do anything if you work hard. You should be so proud of who you are and all that you have done x’

Elsewhere, Amy revealed she will be fronting the podcast for Love Island All Stars alongside Indiyah and Sam.

‘Who’s ready for some star-studded gossip? The official #LoveIsland podcast is back for our very first All Stars series!

‘And what’s better than one All-Star Islander on the podcast? Two! @indiyahhp and @samthompsonuk will be joined by the icon herself, @amyhartxo’

It comes after Amy spoke out after being criticised for not doing baby-led weaning with son Stanley.

The blonde beauty posted to her Instagram story last month following fans’ concerns that she has opted for traditional weaning.

Baby-led weaning, or ‘BLW’, as Amy refers to it in the clips, is a style that skips purees, meaning babies go straight from milk to solids.

Amy’s preference for traditional weaning created tension amongst fans who feared that baby Stanley would struggled to develop motor skills.

Defending her parenting decisions, Amy said: ‘I didn’t want to do baby-led weaning. It’s not for me and it won’t fit in our family.

‘I just want to say this isn’t anti-BLW rhetoric.’ Amy clarified. ‘It’s just, I’m doing traditional weaning.’

‘I get so many messages saying, ‘No, you need to do baby-led weaning. Like, he’s never going to have motor skills, he’s never going to be able to feed himself properly…unless you do baby-led weaning.”

Amy panned the camera over to show Stanley playing with his toy xylophone with ease, alongside Sam.

The reality star said she was speaking out ‘just to reassure any mums that are doing things the way that I’m doing it.’

Amy, who rose to fame on Love Island in 2019, gave birth to Stanley in March.

Taking to Instagram, she wrote at the time: ‘Well…. 4 days of contractions at home (which everyone told us were braxton hicks…they weren’t)

‘4 very short hours in the delivery suite and 5 long days in hospital later, we are home with our dreamy baby boy!’

Amy has openly documented undergoing three rounds of eggs freezing – two of which were successful and resulted in 12 eggs being frozen at a cost of £12,000.

However, she revealed that despite her fertility concerns she had conceived naturally, and her pregnancy with Stanley was ‘unplanned’.

The couple announced they were expecting their first child together on an episode of Loose Women back in August 2022.

Sam proposed to Amy on a cruise ship earlier this year.
