After overcoming a somewhat first awkward encounter with fellow celebs, Gemma has now embraced her naked self and is eager to do an elegant shoot for the famous brand created by the late Hugh Hefner

When asked if she would strip to the nude again, she told MailOnline: ‘It has to be for a good cause where other people can benefit.

‘But other than that, Playboy would have to pay me a good couple of mill. If they want to put the call in, then you know, who knows? I could do Playboy.

‘I know [the late] Anna Nicole Smith done it in a really tasteful way. She did the front cover of Playboy, but she was fully clothed.

‘So yeah, if I could do it, if they would have me the way he had done a Nicole’s style shoot, then why not?’

Gemma has previously spoken about her battle with PCOS and told how managing her weight has been ‘a struggle’ ever since she was diagnosed.

But the TV sensation has revealed that she loves her body and always has done, and her latest nude episode is to empower curvaceous Brits.

She said: ‘I’m doing it for all the curvy beauties out there. You know, I’m stripping off.

‘I’m fairing old, you know I am shaking my toosh for all the girls empowerment out there.’

Gemma revealed that their UK live audience nearly got more than they paid for, as she said that she didn’t master her routine until the very last minute.

‘I truly felt like Beyonce on the stage. I mean, the way I shake my hips, I went totally over the top.

‘I kept messing up in rehearsals because when you turned around from the back, you were meant to put your hats over your boobs’, she told MailOnline.

‘But I kept forgetting to do it, so thank god I remembered on the night. Everyone would have had an eyeful.’

The blonde beauty explained her weight makes her who she is, and just because the industry may love her at a smaller size, it doesn’t mean she will change who she is.

She explained that she is not her weight because she is eating poorly but because she has to battle with an underactive thyroid and PCOS.

Women with PCOS may not ovulate, have high levels of androgens, and have many small cysts on the ovaries. PCOS can cause missed or irregular menstrual periods, excess hair growth, acne, infertility, and weight gain.

A slew of celebrities will join Gemma to raise awareness around the disease as they will also strip for the show, which is themed ‘Jingle Balls’.

An ITV spokesperson said: ‘The show in which Ashley Banjo, Coleen Nolan and a team of brave celebrities bare all, to highlight the importance of checking your body and raising awareness for cancer. But after pulling off a Real Full Monty on Ice and Strictly the Real Full Monty, this Christmas, we bring you The Greatest Show, get ready for The Real Full Monty Jingle Balls.

While Gemma may be keen to do a shoot for the raunchy magazine, she did say that it would cost a lot of money and she would not do one completely naked
