But the show didn’t focus on her little hand, and the viewers were unaware of her hand until the two, three episodes of the show. Briony’s left hand is small from her birth and it is a birth defect.

Her hand didn’t stop her from following her passion, and she started baking in 2013 when she was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and had to stay off her work.
During which she learned baking by watching the tutorials presented on Youtube. She won the Great British Bake Off Christmas Special in the same year she participated in the Bake-off.

Briony May Williams is one of the new presenters for the BBC show, Escape to the Country in 2022. She will be seen along with the next presenter Chris Bavin in the show.
