Actor and comedian Mike Batayeh has sadly and suddenly passed away.

Mike – who best known for his role as Dennis Markowski, the man in charge of Gustavo’s laundromat on Breaking Bad – died earlier this month on Thursday June 1. He was 52-years-old.

Mike‘s sister confirmed to TMZ that he passed away in his sleep at his home in Michigan after suffering a heart attack. She noted that Mike had no history of heart problems and that his death was very sudden.

“He will be greatly missed by those who loved him and his great ability to bring laughter and joy to so many,” Mike‘s family shared in a statement.

In his obituary, Mike‘s family remembered him as someone who was “always passionate about helping youth in the community where he lived and grew up facing similar challenges.”

Along with Breaking Bad, Mike also appeared on Prank of America, Battle Creek, Real Husbands of Hollywood, The Bernie Mac Show, Boy Meets World, CSI: Miami, and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
