DMW huncho, David Adeleke more popular as Davido, has spoken for the first time since his manager, Habeeb Uthman AKA Obama DMW, died.
Obama DMW died of suspected heart failure last Tuesday.
He had complained of severe pains and drove himself to the hospital for medical check-up.
It was during the tests that he gave up the ghost.
Since his death, Davido has rarely been seen in public and has not uttered a single word about the tragedy.
However, on Monday, he prayed that Obama, who is fondly called ’44’ rests in peace.
In a short video as he stepped out in Atlanta, Davido said “R.I.P 44”
Obama has seen been buried according to Islamic rights.

The Senior Pastor of Divine Mercy Church, Olatobiloba Peters, has called for prayers for Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB.
Pastor Peters claims the IPOB leader might not survive his current predicament, because “I see Kanu in a coffin.”
The cleric said Kanu’s group and followers would declare war on the president should Kanu dies while in custody.
He, therefore, urged the Federal Government to be careful in handling Kanu’s matter.

The Northern Elders Forum (NEF) has criticized the stance taken by the Southern Governors, that the South should produce the next president of Nigeria in 2023.
The Forum made it clear the North would not be forced into yielding a democratically elected office.
NEF through Dr Hakeem Baba-Ahmed, its Director of Publicity and Advocacy, observed that as far as the North was concerned, the idea that it would be indirectly threatened or intimidated or blackmailed into yielding an office which ought to be settled democratically is not acceptable.
The Forum sees the decision of the southern governors as an expression of sentiment that could be best discussed within a political process.

Nobel laureate, Prof Wole Soyinka, has admitted he is against the formation of a Yoruba nation.
Soyinka, in an interview with BBC Pidgin, made it clear he prefers a united Nigeria, but under certain “rigorous conditions”.
Describing the country as a “basket case”, he said the political arrangement was not working.
On secession calls, he said: “I don’t like the sound of a Yoruba nation any more than I like the sound of a Tiv nation or an Igbo nation.
