Kim Zolciak took to her Instagram Story on Thursday night, where she took some time to answer a few questions from her fans and followers.
Days after reuniting with her estranged husband Kroy Biermann, 38, to celebrate their 12th wedding anniversary amid their back-and-forth divorce, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and former Don’t Be Tardy star, 45, explained why she’s selling her belongings, addressed the ongoing rumors they are facing, and seemingly confirmed her impending return to television.
A fan asked Kim about the many sales of her purses and shoes.
“Do you not have money and have to sell your clothes/shoes?” the fan wanted to know.
“I have a ton of stuff I bought over the years so selling what I don’t want. That’s all,” Kim insisted.
While Kim and Kroy appear to be in a civil place with one another currently, Kroy accused Kim of selling her stuff to fund her lavish lifestyle — rather than help pay off their mounting bills — in court documents filed in August, just after he filed for divorce following a brief reconciliation in June.
“He begged [Kim] to sell some of her purses to help make the payments but, she refused, stating the purses were ‘hers,’ and she was not going to sell them,” his documents claimed. “Ironically, she has been selling purses, hers and her daughters’ and other high-end fashion items including her infamous wigs. However, none of the funds garnered from the sale of these items have gone towards the mortgage, or any other bills.”
“Whatever money she does win, borrow, or earn from the sale of her purses, is funneled right back into maintaining her persona of a glamorous woman living a lavish lifestyle,” added Kroy’s lawyer.
“What is for the future?” another fan asked Kim on November 26.
While Kim didn’t offer a written response, she hinted that she would be back in front of a camera soon by posting a video camera emoji.
Another curious Instagram user wanted to know how Kim was handling the recent “noise” she’s been faced with in the press, which has included claims of a future foreclosure on her and Kroy’s home, which hit the market for $6 million in October.
“How are you doing/feeling these days with all the noise?” wondered a third fan.
But, according to Kim, she doesn’t pay attention to what is being said and written online.
“What noise?” she asked, along with a crying-laughing emoji. “Honestly I [don’t] read anything online and haven’t for years!”
