Ali Krieger seemed to confirm rumors that her ex-wife Ashlyn Harris cheated on her with the actress Sophia Bush with an Instagram post referencing Beyonce’s ‘lemonade era’.
It emerged last week that the former USWNT soccer stars were breaking up after four years of marriage with their relationship ‘irretrievably broken’.
Since then, rumors have swirled that Harris is already dating Bush and judging by Krieger’s latest post, it appears that there was some overlap.
Posting a picture of herself in practice, Kreiger wrote: ‘Preparing for playoffs while in my Beyoncé lemonade era.’
That 2016 Beyoncé record, of course, addresses her husband Jay-Z’s infidelity as a recurring theme.

Krieger, 38, has some big names from US soccer on her side judging by the replies.
The legendary Alex Morgan commented underneath saying: ‘These comments do not disappoint’ alongside a fire emoji.
Sophia Smith also commented, writing ‘energyyyy’ while another USA international, Crystal Dunn, wrote ‘Ooop’.
It seemed even more significant that Kreiger posted on Thursday, which is Harris’s 38th birthday.
People reported earlier this week that Harris and Bush had their first date ‘weeks ago’.
Harris, 37, retired from soccer in November 2022 and Krieger, 39, plays for Gotham FC but will retire after the NWSL playoff run ends with her team, Gotham FC.
They adopted two children together – a boy and a girl – and married on Dec. 28, 2019, in Miami, nine months after they revealed their engagement.
Harris played 25 times for USA as a goalkeeper while Krieger, a defender made 108 appearances at international level for her country, both winning two World Cups in 2015 and 2019.

Krieger played in both of the finals where as Harris was part of the squad but did not make it onto the field for either game.
They met in 2010 at USWNT training camp. In an interview with Allure in 2020, they admitted being teammates while also being in a relationship was difficult at times.
‘The team comes first,’ Harris said. ‘We actually don’t stay in the same room [on the road]. If we are in the same room, we’re in separate beds because sleep is a huge part of our recovery.
‘I think that’s the hardest part. We don’t get really good time together. We have to make time even though we see each other all the time. It’s tricky.’
