All domestic battery charges against Indianapolis Colts star Drew Ogletree have been dismissed due to ‘insufficient evidence’, according to reports.

Ogletree, 25, faced two felony counts of ‘domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury’ and ‘domestic battery committed in physical presence of a child less than 16, knowing child present and might be able to see/hear’ following his arrest at the end of December.

The Colts tight end, who was also placed on the NFL commissioner’s exempt list, was accused of ‘bodyslamming’ the alleged victim to the ground.

Yet according to Fox 59, the charges against Ogletree were dismissed ‘with prejudice’ on Tuesday – meaning they cannot be brought back into court.

More to follow.
