Hunter Biden SUES Rudy Giuliani for ‘HACKING’ his infamous laptop, ‘obsessing’ over the details and ‘annihilating’ his privacy
Hunter Biden is suing Rudy Giuliani, claiming the former New York Mayor hacked data from the hard drive of his infamous laptop.
The device found at a Delaware repair shop contained thousands of photos, videos and files of the president’s scandal-hit son.
It led to accusations that the Biden family were involved in corrupt influence-peddling while Joe Biden was vice president, and ultimately to an impeachment inquiry against the current president.
the lawsuit also named Robert Costello, a former lawyer for Giuliani.
Hunter and his attorneys accused Giuliani and Costello of ‘tampering’ and ‘manipulating’ information on the laptop.
It is the latest combative move from Hunter’s legal team as he prepares to appear in court on federal gun charges, and as House Republicans prepare to hold the first impeachment inquiry hearing on Thursday.
The lawsuit accuses them of having ‘dedicated an extraordinary amount of time and energy toward looking for, hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing over data that they were given that was taken or stolen.’

It also claims Giuliani and Costello used Hunter’s username to access the data on the laptop left at a repair shop in Delaware.
New York’s former mayor and his attorney say they were given a copy of the hard drive in August 2020 by the repair shop’s owner, John Paul Mac Isaac.
Since then Mac Isaac has also handed it over to federal investigators, and multiple news organizations, including DailyMail.com, have since verified its contents
The lawsuit mentions Giuliani’s statements on a podcast and his nightly YouTube show.
‘This belongs to Hunter Biden,’ Giuliani said, while holding up a laptop during a February 2, 2023 episode of America’s Mayor Live.
‘He proceeded to brag about having copied [Hunter Biden’s] data onto his own computer and about having accessed, analyzed and manipulated the transferred data,’ according to the lawsuit.

The laptop revealed details of Hunter’s myriad business dealings in countries including Ukraine and China.
The subsequent impeachment inquiry is being carried out by Republican-led committees in the House.
It is based on allegations that Joe Biden was aware of, or involved in those dealings, which the president has denied.
