Ondriel Smith is a resident of Tulsa who has been charged with a double murder crime for killing the Williams brothers back in 2018.
The killer attacked the naive brothers in a parking lot facility of 5600 block of East Skelly Drive.
Steve Kunzweiler who was the District Attorney of the council Ondriel was held captive at, stated that the man had a history of criminal records.
