On January 20, hours after the murder, detectives uncovered a “selfie” purportedly made by Berkeley in the basement of his home, in which Berkeley was wearing sunglasses belonging to one of the victims.

According to the witness, Berkley was apparently spotted with a gun, cash, and narcotics after one of the victims died, who was not identified in court records.
Berkley’s relative isn’t named in the accusation against him. There have been no other arrests in this case, and police stated no additional information was forthcoming on Sunday
