Following a collision with another helicopter, Nicholas’ father, Simon, and his family plummeted to the ground.

On social media, the distraught Father thanked Australians for their support.

“I would appreciate it if everyone could say a prayer for Nicky, so that he can wake up and make a good recovery,” he posted on Facebook after the accident.

Despite being seriously injured in the Sea World helicopter disaster, the little Sydney kid did not have a brain impairment, according to the family’s priest.

As a result of the car crash on January 2 that killed his mother, Vanessa Tadros, and three other people, Nicholas Tadros, 10, was placed in an induced coma.

Father Suresh Kumar, the family’s priest, posted on Facebook that Nicholas has begun talking to people in his immediate vicinity, and has not sustained a significant brain injury.

Nicholas and his father, Simon, told the priest this on Saturday. However, doctors have not ruled out amputating Nicholas’ leg, which was broken in the accident.

“This little boy is a living miracle,” Kumar commented. “He said he misses serving Jesus at the altar. He expressed his gratitude to all those who pray for him.”

Overall, Nicholas is doing well. He responds to Simon’s questions with names and dates very clearly.”

It is expected that Nicholas’ rehabilitation will take some time since his kidneys have begun to function independently partially, according to Kumar.

Ash Jenkinson, Diane and Ron Hughes, and Vanessa Tadros were killed in the crash on January 2 involving two Sea World Helicopters aircraft.

Winnie de Silva and her son from Geelong were also severely injured in the collision, although their circumstances improved in the hospital.

Nicholas’ ability to speak is miraculous, but he still has a long way to go in his recovery, so it will be “baby steps.”

His severely broken right leg is being conserved by doctors. “Since the possibility of losing his limb still exists, we must continue to pray that it will not be amputated,” he said.

“As the viral infection is still severe, the doctors will likely make their decision by the end of next week. Overall, our little champion is doing great and improving every day.

During a conversation with Nicholas’ father, Simon, Father Suresh Kumar provided an update. “God be praised a thousandfold. He claimed on Facebook that Nicholas does not suffer from a brain injury.”

In spite of his slightly slurred voice, Nicholas unambiguously answers Simon’s questions with names and dates.

Vanessa might have shielded him from the blow by reaching out and grasping his head.

Nicholas will be able to inform us when he can recall. I pray for Vanessa’s soul to rest in peace.
