Real Housewives of Salt Lake City fans have taken to social media to comment on  Heather Gay’s strikingly difference appearance after watching Watch What Happens Live on Tuesday.

Following her interview with Andy Cohen on his late-night talk show, many viewers couldn’t help but marvel over how different the 49-year-old reality star looked, two months after she admitted to using Ozempic for weight loss in November.

In addition to pointing out her slimmer frame and radically different facial features, Reddit users speculated that she may have undergone cosmetic surgery.

‘I’m sorry, who’s that?’ one wrote, while another pointed out that Gay seemingly has a ‘totally new face.’

Real Housewives of Salt Lake City fans have taken to social media to comment on Heather Gay’s strikingly difference appearance after watching Watch What Happens Live on Tuesday

Another observant RHOSLC fan theorized that this may be why she’s been posting less on Instagram.

Commenters began to list what procedures she may have done, including a ‘facelift, endoscopic eye lid lift, laser treatments to her skin, new veneers and possibly shaving down her jawline.’

Some guessed she was using ‘much better Botox’ and working with an ‘excellent surgeon’ to achieve a more chiseled jawline and youthful appearance.

Gay has not confirmed or denied whether she has recently gotten any work done, but was previously open about using Ozempic to shed a few pounds.

In the fall, she told People that she was using the medication, and ‘happy’ to have dropped five pounds.

‘I’ve been on it for a long time, but hadn’t really seen much results. And I haven’t had massive results, but enough for people to notice, which is great,’ she told the outlet at Variety Women of Reality TV event.

Heather confessed that people have been treating her differently since the weight loss and admitted she found the kinder behavior ‘discouraging.’

‘You lose five pounds, people are nicer to you,’ she said. ‘I don’t know why. It’s just the way the world works and that makes me sad for women. But happy that I’m down five.’

The revelation comes not long after Heather was body shamed by fellow RHOLSC star Mary Cosby after she donned a Gucci corset on the show.

Cosby was asked during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live if she approved of the look, prompting her to make a shocking remark about the size of her corset.

‘I’ve never seen a corset in size 14,’ Mary said after she questioned if the corset was even by the brand.

Gay is one of numerous celebrities whom have admitted to turning to Ozempic, a popular diabetic drug which has also been used to drop the pounds, since the controversial medication began making headlines.

In 2022, Gay told Page Six that she gets Botox, filler in her lips and Sculptra, which she describes as ‘like a collagen stimulator.’

‘So for someone that’s lazy and avoids self-care, I get every damn thing that comes across the menu,’ she joked.

While speaking of injectables, she said: ‘[It’s] preventative, to maintain cruise-control speed.’

‘You don’t have to accelerate or decelerate, but you have to maintain cruise control, which means maintenance. It’s all about maintenance!’ she explained.
