The 24-year-old is a target for Liverpool, Manchester United and Newcastle.

Chelsea are now understood to be prepared to cash in on the England international as they look to avoid losing him for free in the summer of 2024.

According to ESPN, Graham Potter’s side have earmarked Fulham star and ex-Man United midfielder Pereira as the player to fill void.

The report adds the 27-year-old is also attracting interest from both Atletico Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain.

Pereira has had an eye-catching campaign with Fulham, with only five other players registering more than his six assists this season.

The Brazil international is understood to be happy at Fulham, but the chance to move to one of Europe’s heavyweights may prove too good to turn down.

Pereira is under contract at Craven Cottage until 2026 and has the option to extend by a further year. ESPN’s report adds Fulham are value him at between £25million and £35m.

It is also understood the player has a relegation clause in his current deal set at £15m, which runs until the end of the 2024/25 season.

The former Man United midfielder has managed three goals in 32 appearances so far this campaign.

Pereira was also part of the Fulham side that lost 3-1 against Man United in the FA Cup on Sunday.
