Edin Terzic’s side took the lead in the 38th minute through Nico Schlotterbeck’s powerful strike before Schalke got on level terms after a goal by Marius Butler five minutes after the break.Â
Raphael Guerreiro put the hosts ahead again with a thunder strike on the hour but Schalke levelled yet again through Kenan Karaman’s header in the 79th minute.Â
