Who is Blake Webber? Real Name, Age, Wife, Tiktok, Instagram and Real voice

Blake Webber, the social media influencer who has been dubbed the “Instagram voice over comedian,” has signed with Gersh. After being featured on Vice, the Webber character, which is the creation of Los Angeles-based comedian Aristotle Georgeson, gained a significant social media following.

Aristotle Georgeson is carving out a niche for himself on the platform, a place where he can both engage with and mock the digital world we all inhabit.

What is Blake Webbers real name?

If you’ve heard of “dope-ass clouds,” you’ve probably heard of Blake Webber, the self-proclaimed “Vape God of Instagram” (real name Aristotle Georgeson, formerly known as Blake Vapes).

Blake Vapes has one of BuzzFeed’s most disliked videos to this day. The self-proclaimed “Vape God of Instagram” wears his signature “hi haters” hat as he tells viewers how his life has revolved around blowing “dope-ass clouds” for the past three years in the three-minute long segment from 2015, which is randomly interrupted by occasional bursts of dubstep. While speaking, he vapes.

He vapes while eating something that is “obviously high in protein.” While doing sit-ups, he vapes. For those of you who aren’t sure what I’m talking about, let me explain: Blake puffs on a cigarette. He uses goats to vape. In front of empty cop cars, he vapes. He vapes while hacking trees with hatchets. (Everything is included in this single collection.)

In a short 2015 documentary in which his cousins try to stage an intervention for his vaping but he misinterprets as a film about his vaping life, he wears a sideways hat that reads, “”#CloudPorn, you see that shit, dude. DAB THIS,” he’d say. That’s just the first of a slew of clouds.”

This may all sound like a bad joke—a Southern California bro with a frat-like mentality who’s lamely dedicated his entire existence to e-cigs. Yes, it is.

Blake Vapes is a fictional character.

He is the creation of Aristotle Georgeson, a 29-year-old LA-based comedian who has “never even vaped,” he told me over the phone.

“I do, however, smoke weed,” he joked.

Georgeson is from “all over the place,” according to him. (He was born in Colorado, moved to British Columbia to play competitive hockey, and attended Florida high school and college.) Before moving to Los Angeles with his girlfriend (now his wife) five years ago, he struggled doing stand-up comedy in Boca Raton—”everyone in the crowd was over the age of 60.”

Since he started posting content as Blake Vapes in early 2015, he’s been with the same group of guys—his writing partner, Nick West; his frequent collaborator Matty O’Connor, a.k.a. Matty Ghost in Blake’s universe; and his DP, Adran Alvarez.

But, aside from long-term friends and girlfriends, things have changed: Blake Vapes has almost entirely stopped vaping since last year.

In 2017, he rebranded himself, ditching the e-cigarettes and replacing (most) of his handles with “Blake Webber,” ostensibly focusing all of his attention on internet culture.

Georgeson explained, “I had to pivot away from Blake Vapes.” “I really wanted to tell Blake’s story on a larger scale. I changed it to Blake Vapes because his name was always Blake Webber. I wanted to show what these influencers [like Blake Vapes] have become and who they are becoming.”

(And, he added, “the people who are potentially going to buy or use these projects are afraid of the word ‘vape.'”) Naturally, he refers to brands and advertisers when he says “people.”

After the switch, he lost a few thousand followers (Webber now has 755,000 Instagram followers and 20,000 Twitter followers), but now, according to Georgeson, “it seems as though no one remembers Blake Vapes.” It has unquestionably benefited me.”

If you ask Webber how he’s doing right now, he’ll probably say he’s “killin’ the game.”

He fills his vape-free void with a variety of activities, including hoverboarding, brushing off (farcical) interviews with TMZ, and posting whenever he reaches a certain number of followers.

He also goes down “Triple Double Blacks” on snow tubes and live streams it, does man-on-the-street interviews on rollerblades while holding a scooter, and dumps protein shakes on his head to let them “seep into [his] pores.” He isn’t afraid to call out his detractors. His captions are all written in capital letters, and the words are frequently misspelled.
