Alaskan Bush People star Rain Brown has a large tattoo on the back of her hand and she just explained what it symbolizes. Many fans noticed the tattoo before and commented on it in past social posts by the reality TV star. However, Rain’s explanation wasn’t what most people expected.

Here is what Rain Brown’s tattoo symbolizes and why she got it.

Rain Brown explains hand tattoo to Alaskan Bush People fans

Rain Brown is attempting to build her TikTok account. As part of this, she did something her brother Noah did last week. Noah sat down and told a “story” to his fans. His story was a multi-part tale of how he met his wife Rhaine. While Bear Brown gained traction with his extreme videos, Rain wanted to do something similar to what Noah did with her account.

Rain started what she called “story time,” clearly copying Noah’s idea for his TikTok account. For Rain, it was “Story time of what my hand tattoo means.” She then started to explain what the tattoo was and why she got it. For anyone who has seen it in past photos and videos and seemed confused, it is a dog’s paw print.

Rain started the video by saying that her hand tattoo was of her childhood dog and “best friend in the whole wide world” Mr. Cupcake’s pawprint. Fans of Alaskan Bush People likely remember seeing Mr. Cupcake on the show as Rain always had him around to love on and play with. He died on November 29, 2020, and Rain lost her beloved pet.

She then mentioned that the tattoo was Mr. Cupcake’s actual pawprint, and Rain said she got the tattoo to commemorate him and to make sure that he was always with her. Rain also said that people commented that it was too big, but she said it was from an exact painting of his pawprint that they got while he was alive, so it is the exact size of his paws. “I just have really tiny hands and he was a huge dog,” she said.

She said that when Mr. Cupcake was alive, he would always come up and put his paw up to shake hands. Rain said that is why she decided to put it on the back of her hand, to always symbolize that handshake and remember it. There is also “Cuppie” written on it, and she explained the poor writing by saying it was her own handwriting.

Rain also offered to share the stories of her other tattoos if anyone wanted to hear them.

Rain Brown looking for gold

While there is no new season confirmed yet for Alaskan Bush People, Bam Brown has left some hints that they are filming. If that is true, Rain Brown might have one of the biggest stories next season. That is because she is wanting to find gold on the family’s mountain home.

Last season, Alaskan Bush People mostly focused on Noah Brown and Birdie Brown going back to Alaska. Noah searched for a new home to buy and Birdie wanted to figure out her place in the world. Rain was also involved in that trip. It drove her to a breakdown. Rain had yet to come to terms with her dad’s death. She checked herself into a mental hospital and received help.

When Rain returned home, Birdie and Noah had set up a gold excavator for her. Now, Rain can start searching for gold, fulfilling a deal she made with her dad before he died.
