KATIE Price could face jail TOMORROW as she heads to court to be charged after pleading guilty to breaking a restraining order.
The former glamour model is due to go to court AGAIN after her recent trial – where she pleaded guilty to sending a “gutter s**g” text to her ex-husband Kieran Hayler about his fiancee.
Yesterday, Katie, 44, was spotted watching her sister Sophie marry her partner Harry Brooks alongside her family and friends.
She was joined by her children Harvey, 20, Junior, 17, Princess, 14, Jett, eight, and Bunny, seven, as well as her mum Amy, 64.
The media personality is said to have begged her younger sister to move her big day forward just in case she is put behind bars.
It comes as Katie could face jail time TOMORROW, as she heads to court to face sentencing after pleading guilty last month.
A judge previously warned Katie could end up jailed for breaching a restraining order after sharing the “vile and nasty” message aimed at Michelle Penticost, her ex-husband’s fiancee.
She faces a maximum sentence of five years in jail after admitting to the charge at Lewes Crown Court in a huge U-turn.
Judge Stephen Mooney told Price: “Clearly you have accepted responsibility for an offence and pleaded guilty while you were on a suspended sentence which means you are at risk of going to prison.
“I will need to know the relevant parts of the background to consider what the appropriate sentence should be.
Everything you need to know about Katie Price
“Don’t be under any illusions, you run the risk of receiving an immediate custodial sentence.”
The reality star spent 12 hours in police custody after being arrested at her mucky mansion in January over the text messages.
Katie messaged Kieran: “Tell your c****** w***e, piece of s**t, girlfriend not to start on me,” before calling her a “gutter s**g”.
She faces a maximum of five years in jail when she returns for her sentencing – as she was already on a 16-week suspended sentence.
She was charged with speeding in her BMW on a 60mph road and will appear in court for that offence in a separate hearing in July.
It came just 11 days before she flipped the flash motor in a drink-drive crash on 28 September – seeing it totally destroyed.
Katie was driving to see a pal because she was “lonely” when she overturned her BMW in Horsham, West Sussex, in September.
She was already banned from driving when she got behind the wheel after taking cocaine and downing vodka and lemonade.
A judge slammed her for believing she is “above the law” but couldn’t send her to prison because of a legal loophole.
The judge also said Price, who has six previous driving convictions, had “one of the worst driving records I have ever seen”.

She dodged court this month when she was to be quizzed about the money she owes – and won’t face the music until next YEAR.
It has been claimed by liquidators handling the collapse of her empire that she had not been “engaging fully” in paying creditors.
The hearing at London’s Royal Courts of Justice was due to take place at on 7 June, but it has been relisted for 9 February 2023.
Despite her legal woes, a confident Katie is siad to already be “packing for her holiday” as she insists she’s “not going to jail”.
We exclusively revealed how Katie planned to fly on Friday for her sixth trip abroad with fiance Carl Woods if she escapes jail time.
A source told The Sun: “Katie’s telling everyone she’s packing for a holiday – not jail! She’s buying her holiday wardrobe.
“She thinks she’ll walk free just like all the other times she’s been in court. She’s not acting like someone facing time in prison.”
