Zachariah Noble has admitted that he felt his ‘mental health was deteriorating’ in Love Island because he ‘lost his routine’, following his dramatic weight loss.

The personal trainer, 25, who appeared on season 10 of Love Island earlier this year, said he felt himself ‘gaining weight in the villa which made him feel down’.

In an exclusive interview with the MailOnline, Zachariah candidly share his body transformation and what he does to keep in his best shape.

He said: ‘In love island it was more I struggled to find myself a routine, it was much harder to stick to my usual routines.

‘I felt like I was gaining weight where I lost my routine and in some degrees I feel like it spiked my past experience where I felt down. But I never felt my time comparing myself, just be happy with who you are.

‘You are never going to please everyone and you can’t live your life trying to please other people. It’s more self-happiness.’

Zachariah also shared that he ‘avoided nights out, sacrificed processed foods and cooked everything from scratch to be disciplined’ and stick to a consistent routine in order to loose weight.

He added: ‘For me, the hardest part was the initial adjustment stage. Find discipline and follow it.

‘I cut out processed foods, cooked everything from scratch, sacrificed a lot of things.

‘I started going out a lot less, chilling with my boys a lot less and was just prioritising the things I felt like I needed to do and that was being at home to do my meal prep and avoiding nights out.’

The reality star also admitted he is keen to sign up for Celebrity SAS and Celebrity Hunted ‘to push himself to the limit’.

He continued: ‘New Year is coming up so no better time to set your goals straight. Good time to structure a real plan and be consistent with it.

‘I’d love to push myself to the limit and show people what I’m doing and try and inspire people.

‘If a lot of people focus on being the best versions of themselves, the world will be a better place.’

He shared: ‘I think there are pros and cons. When you are in a relationship you tend to go out for food more often. It is easier to lose yourself but your partner understands what you are trying to accomplish.

‘I’d say it’s definitely positive in that she understands my goals and is helping my trying to achieve them.’
