• Koji Miyoshi earned Birmingham a last-gasp victory in FA Cup third round replay
  • Jason Lokilo’s first goal for Hull opened the scoring but Jay Stansfield equalised
  • Fair play to Reading fans. I wouldn’t normally say this about a pitch invasion, but sometimes you have to stand up for what you believe in – It’s All Kicking Off

Koji Miyoshi earned Birmingham a last-gasp victory after a five-man substitution paid off for manager Tony Mowbray.

Birmingham had to battle back from a goal down to seal a fourth round tie at Leicester City.

It earned Mowbray his first victory as the club’s manager after taking over last week.

But Jason Lokilo’s first goal for Hull opened the scoring after 12 minutes.

Birmingham pressed for an equaliser, but Mowbray’s decision to change half his outfield players swung the game his side’s way.

Two of those subs scored, with Jay Stansfield equalising four minutes after coming on.

Then Myoshi netted at the second attempt with a minute of stoppage time remaining – after Stansfield supplied the chance.

Hull boss Liam Rosenior made 11 changes but saw his team take the lead.

Billy Sharp found James Furlong on the left and cross was converted, first time, by Lokilo from eight yards out.

The former Crystal Palace youth team player made a summer move to Humberside from Sparta Rotterdam in Holland.

Birmingham sensed an equaliser and when Jordan James delivered a ball into the area, Romelle Donovan just failed to connect with it in front of goal.

Gardner’s overhead kick was met by Bielik six minutes before the break, but he headed wide of the target.

Birmingham goalkeeper John Ruddy kept his side’s deficit to one goal when he made an important save on the hour from Hull forward Tyrell Sellars-Fleming.

Jordan James responded for Mowbray’s side with an angled shot that flew just wide of the far post.
