‘I’m never going to be a size six, I’ve got boobs and a bum’: Vicky Pattison admits she is ‘the sexiest I’ve ever felt’ after a lifestyle overhaul following lockdown

Vicky Pattison has revealed she is the ‘sexiest’ she has ‘ever felt’ after overhauling her lifestyle following a year of lockdown.

The reality star, 33, admitted she became sluggish during Britain’s coronavirus restrictions but has made some big lifestyle changes now life is returning to normal.

Speaking to The Sun, she said: ‘I lost a real sense of myself in past year. This lockdown was definitely the hardest. It’s inspired me to come out and make some changes with my life.

‘I feel like a sassy new woman. It’s almost like I have broken up with lockdown. I am the sexiest I’ve ever felt.’

Vicky was a size six eight years ago and would obsess over exercise and calories but now feels much happier at her current size, around a 10 or 12.

The former Geordie Shore star said she is naturally ‘curvy’ but tried to make her body into something it didn’t naturally want to be.

She said: ‘As someone who spent a large portion of her life calorie-counting and watching what she ate, it feels really liberating to take the stand and say, “I’m 33, I’m never going to be a size six, I’ve got boobs and a bum and I’ve got no apology about that.”‘

Vicky has found love with boyfriend Ercan Ramadan, with the pair moving into their dream home together earlier this month.

In 2018, Vicky called off her engagement to fellow Geordie Shore star John Noble after a video surfaced of him flirting with another woman.

The media personality acknowledged she has been guilty of ‘rushing relationships’ in the past and staying in relationships that were ‘toxic’.

Vicky also admitted she felt pressure to settle down and have kids when she turned 30 but wants women to know that if they are unhappy in themselves, finding a man won’t make it better.

The former I’m A Celebrity winner said people must learn to embrace who they are first, which is where confidence comes from.

It comes after Vicky credited Ercan for helping her adopt a ‘positive’ mindset after a string of failed relationships.

The star reflected on being ‘notoriously unlucky in love’ in the past before she met her partner of two years during this week’s PrettyLittleThing Behind Closed Doors podcast.

She said: ‘I look at my life with these really, fresh excited eyes like his eyes.

‘I think I’m that notoriously unlucky in love girl aren’t I and everybody’s kind of seen my relationship break downs and they have unfortunately been very public.

‘So to finally see me happy with a very nice normal man is I think gives a lot of ladies hope like I don’t mind being that sort of beacon for single women everything, I’ll wear that crown well.

‘Ultimately I just feel really happy at the minute, I do credit Ercan an awful lot for this really positive change in me. We can’t help but change a little bit when we get into relationships, we become a little bit like our partner.’

The influencer continued: ‘There’s a saying that you become very similar to the five closest people you spend time with and I’ve always found that whenever I’m going out with someone I adopt some of there characteristics.

‘I’m obviously just a very fickle person but with Ercan I’ve found such an equal, he’s so kind and so loyal and so hardworking and just really humble. I’ve found myself adopting those qualities more.

‘Certain partners I’ve had in the past were entitled and ungrateful and potentially mean so I found those qualities were exacerbated in myself and I became a version of myself I didn’t like, being with Ercan has really turned things around.’
