Selling Sunset’s Nicole Young seemingly denied going under the knife after she was accused of ‘rearranging’ her face in the explosive season seven reunion show.

But her denial has been pulled into question, after a highly experienced facial and body cosmetic surgeons suggested that her ‘remarkably symmetric’ appearance could be a result of more than just Botox and fillers.

The real estate agent, 53, came under fire from costar Chrishell Stause who accused her of ‘rearranging’ her face in order to star on the hit Netflix series.

When asked how she felt about the comment, Nicole told reunion host Tan France: ‘It was one of those deer in the headlight moments and I was like, “what are you even talking about?” I got veneers before we started filming… Botox, like I always do, and I had the filler in my face dissolved, so I certainly didn’t rearrange my face. It was just a nasty mean girl comment, unfortunately.’

An unconvinced Chrishell, 42, was seen rubbing her nose in what appeared to be a subtle dig at her costar having a supposed nose job.

Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, Dr. Tabasum Mir – a New York City-based facial and body cosmetic surgeon with nearly 20 years of experience – weighed in on Nicole’s changing appearance.

‘While Nicole has not publicly acknowledged any cosmetic procedures, professional observations – based on her historical photos – seem to show alterations in her nasal bridge and nasal profile, highly indicative of a potential rhinoplasty,’ she explained.

‘She has a remarkably symmetric facial appearance, a well-defined jawline, and prominent cheeks – which raises considerations of weight loss or strategically placed injectable fillers.

‘Additionally, her current profile suggests a possibility of breast augmentation.’

Rod J. Rohrich, a fellow renowned plastic surgeon, agreed and added: ‘From my observations, she appears to have had rhinoplasty, cheek and jawline fillers, Botox, buccal fat removal, lip filler, and breast augmentation.’

Rumors about Nicole’s ‘changing face’ have been swirling ever since viewers were properly introduced to her when she made her debut in season six.

Despite having worked for twin brothers Jason and Brett at the Oppenheim Group since December 2014, Nicole had been reluctant to appear on screen. She was originally part of the lineup for the first season in 2019, but backed out.

‘Honestly, at the time, I just got cold feet right before they were going to start filming,’ she previously told PEOPLE. ‘I just wasn’t ready to expose my entire life, and even more so, my clients and business — which I’m very protective of — to the entire world.’

She went on to reveal what had changed in the four years since, and why she eventually made the decision to join the cast for season six.

‘I’ve grown personally and professionally a lot,’ she said. ‘At the end of the day, it’s an incredible opportunity and a rise-to-the-occasion kind of moment.’

In the first episode of season six, viewers were treated to a flashback from Mary Fitzgerald and Romain Bonnet’s 2019 wedding, which Nicole officiated, and fans noticed that she looked markedly different.

‘Only on episode 1 of #SellingSunset6 but love that the producers gave us the flashback to Mary’s wedding to make it so obvious that Nicole really went out and got herself a spray tan, a nose job, and a buncha tattoos real quick to be our new villain (sic),’ tweeted one viewer.

Another person posted: ‘I love the scenes where Nicole’s old nose slowly slides into the shot.’

Someone else joked: ‘I think the real reason Nicole is salty is they made her get a nose job in order to be part of the cast.’

During the season seven reunion, Chrishell attempted to explain what she had meant when she accused Nicole of ‘rearranging’ her face.

‘What I was trying to explain to Nicole is, clearly she was trying to have a TV moment,’ she said. ‘It’s clear that she had a plan coming into it [and] she wanted to come in guns blazing and take me down.’

Nicole responded: ‘That’s not what happened. I had no plan going in, I had nothing pre-meditated, that was just not what I was going for.’

Chrishell fired back: ‘What I was responding to was that it’s very clear that you care about the show. When you did get cast, there were a few months there where you went and got… by the way, no judgement, it’s LA, everyone will probably have 10 faces!

‘But my point was, I can physically see how much you care. I think if you just owned that, it would be a place where we could all at least… it would be a more vulnerable place to come from.’

‘Listen, I just told you exactly what I did… not that it’s anyone’s business… also not that I’m hiding any of that, but to call it out, it’s just not necessary,’ Nicole said of her supposed surgery.
