Isabella Kalua is a Waimanalo girl who has gone missing.
On September 13, 2021, she was just six years old when she was reported missing from Waimanalo’s home.
Isabella was investigated by Child Welfare Services twice in the last two years for significant injuries.
In the first occurrence, in October 2019, she shattered her finger. Her hand was allegedly smashed in a door, according to her family.
In addition, Kalua’s leg was fractured. In January 2020, just four months later, he was rushed to the emergency room. She was hurt on a trampoline, according to her family.

Isabella Kalua: Missing Update
She was reported missing on September 13, 2021.
After the couple reported Kalua missing on Sept. 13, HPD and Honolulu FBI personnel conducted an intensive, 8-day search for the child with the help of hundreds of volunteers from the community.
The investigation continued over the past two months, in which HPD investigators collected hours of surveillance footage from neighbors and nearby businesses.
Police have not said what evidence or information they uncovered that ultimately led to the raid and the arrests.
Police have believed: the girl may have been killed a month before her parents reported her disappearance.
However, Isabella’s body has not been found, and the cause of her death is still under investigation.

Isabella Kalua Parents: Who Are Lehua & Isaac Kalua Waimanalo?
Lehua Kalua and Isaac Kalua are the adoptive parents of six years old Isabella Kalua.
The man police identify as Kalua’s adoptive father, Isaac Kalua, has a criminal past.
Furthermore, he was convicted 20 years ago on three counts of terroristic threatening and assault. He was sentenced to 5 years probation.
According to police, some of Kalua’s four siblings were taken in under Child Welfare Services (CWS).

Isabella Kalua Parents Arrest Charges
Lehua Kalua and Isaac Kalua have been arrested for murder, the Honolulu Police Department announced Wednesday.
Police have reported that Ariel was murdered sometime in the middle of August 2021 by her adoptive parents Lehua and Isaac Kalua.
Isaac and Lehua are being held without bail and are scheduled to make their first court appearance on Friday.
Investigators said they are still looking for information and witnesses to come forward.
Furthermore, police say they are looking for anyone who had contact with Isabella or the Kalua family between August and September.
