Who Is Bradley House Hamilton? Murder Suspect And Charges
Hamilton’s Bradley House is a suspect in the murder of the renowned Canadian winemaker Paul Pender.
Paul died on 3 February 2022 in Selkirk, Ontario. Reportedly, an incident at his residence near Lake Erie took the life of the 54-year-old. Although all the details of what unfolded on that fateful day remain unknown, police charged 31-year-old Bradley with second-degree murder.
However, some reports do claim that Paul died of stab wounds. According to his neighbors, someone came to his cottage on Smelsers Cove Lane, asking for help. But, the situation escalated, and unfortunately, a death occurred.
On Monday, Ontario Provincial Police’s Detective Inspector Shawn Glassford stated that Paul and the accused didn’t know one another. But, the next day, he confirmed that 31-year-old Bradley was the only suspect as the police weren’t looking for anyone else.

The accused had his first court appearance via telephone from Barton Street Jail on Tuesday, 8 February. In it, he acknowledged his presence, but beyond that, he didn’t reveal anything significant.
Beth Bromberg, Bradley’s lawyer, asked for two weeks from the court as she claimed to have not received disclosure. Thus, he will make another appearance on 22 February.
If the court finds him guilty of second-degree murder, he will most likely receive a life imprisonment sentence. As for parole, he might be eligible after 10 to 25 years from the sentencing date.
