Even worse, a forensic check of her computer revealed that she had looked up material on decomposition in water, indicating that Wendi had most certainly murdered her five-month-old spouse and dumped his body in water.

She is still detained at the Dr. Lane Murray Unit in Gatesville, Texas, according to prison records. Wendi, who was around 40 years old at the time, was rejected parole in 2019.
