When Is Money Matters Host Set To Return?
Maribel Aber has some good news for Money Matters fans. Taking to Twitter, the host and correspondent told followers she’s set to make a return, writing: “So excited to be getting back to my seat soon!
“The return of Money Matters with Maribel Aber and #maresmoneyjams this Thursday! And, I’ll be filling in on biz on HLN Morning Express Thursday and Friday. Are you ready?”

Aber revealed in February this year she was taking several weeks off to recover from major surgery, but would be back shortly.

What surgery did Maribel Aber have?
Money Matters host Maribel Aber underwent an abdominal hysterectomy, a procedure that removes the uterus through an incision in the lower abdomen.
At the time of the surgery in February, Aber opened up in a candid Instagram post, writing: “Yesterday, I underwent an abdominal hysterectomy. I am under 50 years old and lead a very active life. There are many reasons women have this procedure done.
“In my case, I had several fibroids (tumours) in my uterus. One grew to the size of a baby’s head and was lodged on top of my bladder. I have been in pain for several years.
“Recently, the pain was too much to bear – and I have a high threshold for pain. Whatever you choose to do, whatever is right for you, know there are thousands of women in the same or similar circumstances as you, and it’s ok to be unsure and, frankly, scared.
“My journey is just starting and I hope my experience can help at least one woman.”
