After Shaun’s death, however, his friend Millie Dainty requested that the DIY SOS team build a magnificent home for his wife and children. Lindsey, whose family’s house was rendered unusable when her husband died of an aggressive type of cancer, expressed her happiness and amazement after it was changed amazingly by the BBC’s DIY SOS team.
Learn About Shaun McAuley’s Wife Lindsey McAuley
Mrs. Lindsey McAuley, a midwife, married Shaun, an ex-Royal Engineer, on December 12, 2019. Last year, Lindsey and Shaun McAuley began construction on an addition to remodel their Kettering house, but it was left without a kitchen and bathroom after her husband died.
The DIY SOS crew spent a week renovating the residence, which had been declared “unlivable” due to the lack of a kitchen and bathroom.
