What Happened To Lazard Intern? Died After falling into NYC Subway Track – Her Identity Revealed

Tuesday night, a 20-year-old woman was fatally crushed by a Manhattan subway train after she unintentionally slipped into the tracks.

At Grand Central Station, the woman was struck by Queens-bound 7 train and the terminal immediately came into a tensed situation. Police claim that despite the train’s driver’s best efforts to brake in time, she nevertheless struck the woman.

FDNY first responders attempted to save the woman, but approximately an hour later, according to police, she was declared dead. What prompted the victim to fall onto the tracks wasn’t immediately known.

Transit officials presented a plan to build safety barriers in three of the city’s subway stations earlier this year in an effort to lower the number of fatalities on the rails.

But according to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, as of right now, just 41 of the 472 subway stations may be changed to include the barriers.

The speculations of a dead woman after falling into the NYC railway track being Lazard intern are getting viral on Twitter today.

Her identity was kept a secret at the time of the accident since she was fatally hurt. People are speculating about the unidentified woman who died in the accident as a Lazard intern while some say the confirmed identity is not out yet.

The communications-based train control technology is automatically operated by computers to run trains on the No. 7 line. Train drivers still sit at the front of the trains even though they no longer have a “dead man switch” that triggers the emergency brakes whenever a driver releases the wheel.

Regardless of who the woman is, we lament her premature passing since she is already dead.
