James Phillip Womack is the beloved son of U.S. Representative Steve Womack who has been a topic that is trending online after being arrested on many charges. He is around the age of 34 at present.

Womack was included in the Arkansas Department of Correction’s (ADC) list of inmates whose early release is being considered since COVID-19 is due in May 2020.

According to court records, penalties were handed down in two cases: one from June 2018 comprised two counts of drug and drug paraphernalia possession, while the second case, from September 2018, involved three counts of drug and drug paraphernalia possession as well as weapon possession.

The son of U.S. Representative Steve Womack was detained for meth possession on July 6 in Rogers. Methamphetamine possession and possession of drug paraphernalia are also felonies against which Womack was charged.

James Womack was discovered by police when they arrived and was inside the house’s basement bedroom. According to the affidavit report, Womack attempted to sit on a glasses case with a zipper when police first approached him. An orange cylindrical container with suspected methamphetamine inside was found in the case.

According to the affidavit, investigators discovered numerous syringes, a small glass vile with what they believe to be meth inside of it, a metal spoon, and another empty baggie with what they believe to be meth residue inside the glasses case.

Police took the alleged meth out of the orange container and used a NARTEC field test kit to confirm or deny its presence. The affidavit states that the test kit yielded a meth-positive result.

After being detained, Womack confessed to ingesting meth rather than selling it to the authorities. According to the affidavit, Womack was in possession of nine grams of meth. He was moved without incident to the Benton County Jail.

The affidavit states that Womack was given a $20,000 bail. His $15,000 bail has been imposed. On June 20, Womack appeared in court.

James who is known for being in possession of drugs and furthermore of illegal activities shares no information about his private life.

It seems that he is single as of now as while having too much of such harmful substance and more, he may not have time for romantic relationships.
