Just after 6 o’clock, Police were called in response to a report of a boisterous customer, according to NBC News.

According to an affidavit obtained by NBC News, hotel security notified Police that Dragun had been “creating a commotion and being highly unruly” and “going about the pool area undressed.”

Dragun, who is no stranger to controversy, is accused of throwing water on a hotel employee after being questioned about her actions.

Police arrived and went to Dragun’s room, where they said loud music was playing after introducing themselves.

According to the affidavit, when Dragun opened the door, hotel security—who had followed the Police to her door—told her that she might be ordered to leave the property.

Nikita Dragun Arrest And Charges

A felony assault, a misdemeanor battery, and a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge have been brought against the social media influencer Dragun.

According to reports, the model was taken to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Facility, where her bond reportedly stood at $2,000.

According to Police reports, Dragun, a trans woman, was detained in a male facility. Her management and admirers were worried that she would be sent to a men’s prison.

Nikita Dragun Is Receiving Mental Health Treatment After Arrest

According to TMZ, Nikita Dragun is now receiving mental health treatment in a facility after being detained and spending time in jail following her arrest in a Miami hotel.

Jack Ketsoyan, Nikita’s agent, said they want to express gratitude for everyone’s outpouring of love and support for Nikita during this difficult time.

He said she was attending to her mental health in a secure setting. As she sought treatment and rehabilitation, the team kindly asked that her privacy and sensitivity be maintained.

Nikita reportedly started seeing a doctor on Wednesday night. The transgender influencer is candid about her difficulties with mental health.

In May, she revealed on her YouTube channel that she had been given a bipolar disorder diagnosis. Nikita acknowledged that she has a family history of the condition.

However, the beauty influencer admitted that she was initially taken aback by her diagnosis since she didn’t fully grasp what it entailed.
