The recent reports say the Vic was again in the court battle against Rial and Toye, who demanded more money from the man. They filed an appeal to the court, claiming the previous verdict didn’t compensate their court trial expenses and other finances.
Although there are no official reports on the websites, talks have already developed on Twitter discussing the recent verdict. Based on the continuing information, the judicial system accepted Rial and Toye’s appeal in 2022 and called for another hearing which later ordered Mignogna to pay the entire due amount of compensation.
This case of sexual harassment against Vic has been going on for a long time. It came before the court in 2019 when Rial, two female fans, and a former Funimation employee accused the American voice actor. He filed a defamation case in response and asked for a million dollars in compensation.
However, the court hearing decided the verdict against the man, who was required to pay around $223k for the defendant’s attorney fees.
