For almost a year, Pandey worked at Estia Health in Epping, Sydney.
One day, however, she was seen hitting an elderly woman while helping her shower; the woman was 86 years old.
In March 2022, another 95-year-old woman was slapped by a healthcare worker.
She was arrested after a lengthy trial and ordered to appear for sentencing on March 17, 2023.
People have shared their thoughts about the incident; she was an eyewitness two times, which means she hit the woman in healthcare more than once.
In the months leading up to her sentencing order in March, Pandey has been working in healthcare and other places.
She has not revealed any personal information about her family, husband, or other close friends.
It has gone viral on different platforms since she took the video on January 30, 2023, and Nepali people are commenting and taking an interest in it.

A 9 News interview with the daughter, whose mother got assured by Pandey, followed the hearing in an Australian court.
Rosslyn Peschke, daughter of the 86-year-old woman, said, “It’s quite confronting to receive a phone call telling you that someone you placed into care has been mistreated.”
Despite the fact that she has never been the same and was a bit off sometimes, they didn’t take it seriously.
Upon learning of the news, they realized it was because of the healthcare. In addition, the woman suffered from bruising, so she was hospitalized frequently.
On Monday, Estia Health CEO Sean Bilton apologized for the incidents.
As soon as we learned of the allegations, we notified the Police and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, and met with the families of the residents involved,” Bilton said.
On March 17, 2022, Pandey was placed under interim prohibition order for eight weeks, on June 9, 2022, again on December 19, 2022, and finally on March 17, 2022.
