Wu Yongning Age & Wikipedia

Wu Yongning was just 26 years of age at the time of his demise.

He was known as the Chinese superman. He rose to prominence through Weibo uploads of selfie films and images from the tops of skyscrapers he climbed without safety equipment.

His most recent appearance was at Changsha’s 62-story Huayuan Hua Centre in Hunan Province. As a stunt, he tried pull-ups while hanging from the building’s rim. After a while, he realized he didn’t have the strength to pull himself back up.

He fought to do so while attempting to use his feet against the building’s façade, but the surface was too slick. He eventually ran out of strength and was unable to hang on any longer, plummeting to his death.

He videotaped his final ascent, and the video of his fall was broadcast on the internet a few days later.
