Yes, Jacob Batalon is sporting a wig in his new film, Spider-Man: No Way Home. Ned Leeds, Peter Parker’s best friend and confidant, will be played.

Batalon shared a shot on his Instagram stories today of himself in the wig he uses for his role as Ned Leeds in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. “Ned just wanted to stop in and say hey!” he captioned the shot.

For those unaware, Batalon is either bald or shaves his head and has therefore worn a wig in all four of his previous MCU appearances. As a result, it should not surprise that the tendency will continue.

It will be great to see Batalon back in action in Spider-Man 3. Ned has been a close buddy of Peter and has occasionally supported the adolescent superhero as his self-appointed “man in the chair.”

Batalon’s persona Ned is seated in front of a computer, relying on Spider-Man for information while he is out in the field.

Sony and Marvel Studios appear to be sticking to their previously announced release schedule for the impending threequel. With that in mind, the third MCU Spider-Man film, which has yet to be named, will be released on December 17, 2021.

Although his admirers greatly appreciated his hard work, some netizens wondered if he had undergone weight loss surgery. He cleared the air about his weight loss surgery, claiming that he accomplished it through painstaking effort. He went through strict training and diet to lose that 100 pounds.
