Lauren’s second pregnancy was terrifying because she had HELLP syndrome. According to her medical records, she nearly died while giving birth to her child.

Surprisingly, six weeks earlier, surgeons performed a C-section to remove the premature baby from Przybyl’s womb. Beck Matthew was her son, whom she later gave birth to. Since then, the Fox 4 News host has publicized HELLP syndrome.

Lauren Przybyl’s husband is Shane Miller, a pediatric sports medicine specialist. He has worked at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital’s Sports Medicine Center since 2014.

Mr. Miller started as an associate professor of orthopedics and pediatrics at UT Southwestern Medical Center in 2019. Shane also has a certificate in sports medicine (CAQSM) from the American Board of Pediatrics.

In 2001, Miller graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Texas in Austin. In 2005, Baylor College of Medicine awarded him a Doctor of Medicine degree. At this same college, he finished his pediatric residency program in 2008. Additionally, Shane graduated from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center with his Fellowship in Sports Medicine in 2009.

Lauren and Shane exchanged wedding vows on November 10, 2012, in a low-key ceremony. After marrying, they relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex in Texas. As previously stated, the couple has two lovely children.
