Miller was found guilty of Wardle’s murder by Newcastle’s Supreme Court on Tuesday, June 14, 2022.
Crown prosecutor Lee Carr told the court that there were indications Miller knew he killed Ms. Wardle and that she was a human, not a demon.
However, defense lawyer Peter Krisenthal told the jury that his client had a mental health issue that was aggravated by drug usage and that he had no idea what he had done was ethically and legally wrong according to ABC News.
Jordan’s sentencing procedure will start on August 18, 2022, and his final sentence will be made public after that. He is currently in jail after being convicted of Wardle’s murder.
