The Hollywood actor’s death has been classified as “Non-Suspicious” by the police and concerned authorities.
In addition, the initial investigation report does not confirm the cause of his death and states, “still to be determined.”
The Days of Our Lives star was survived by his wife, Stephanie Longo (Clark), and their three young children, a 7-year-old daughter and two 1-year-old sons.
In response to his wife’s call, police responded to his residence in Austin, Texas.
Longo’s body was found unresponsive in bed by the investigating officers.
According to TMZ, the late Actor’s wife, Stephanie, became concerned when she couldn’t reach him at work.
He was known for his role as Nicholas Alamain on Days of Our Lives.
The New York Times reports that Longo’s death was caused by accidental alcohol poisoning. Additionally, a full authentic report has not yet been received.
Longo’s wife said her late husband was a wonderful father, despite his controversial past.

Was Depression Cody Longo Death Cause?

According to Clarksville Now, Longo pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor assault charge in Colorado in 2021.
In 2019, the late Actor had a concerning incident involving a 9-year-old girl.
Also, court records showed the Actor’s arrest in January 2020. He was charged with class 4 felony sexual assault on a minor.
Moreover, an outlet acquired a Police report which revealed that the late star was arrested in November 2020 for domestic assault.
His wife reported that Longo used his forearm to push her in the face.
However, Iris Eytan, Longo’s lawyer, gave away overwhelming evidence proving his innocence regarding the sexual assault on a child.
Longo’s lawyer showed polygraph and psychologist reports that showed his client’s innocence. He said his client posed no risk to the minor.
