A few days later, Baba Ijesha was charged with six counts of child defilement, including $exual assault, attempted $exual assault by penetration, $exual assault by penetration, and indecently treating a child.
The defense’s theory is that the person who watched the video was not summoned as a witness and that the exhibit had been changed, making it secondary evidence, according to the defense counsel.
