However, after undertaking investigations, they have postponed the inquiry “at the demand of the victim,” and Sebastian has now been in court to challenge the police request for a prolonged injunction.

Sebastian was prohibited from meeting Jodi after consuming alcoholic beverages or illegal substances for a minimum of 12 hours. Surprisingly, they were seen leaving the actress’ residence in Double Bay, Sydney, together shortly after he showed up in court for the suspected assault order.

Prior to meeting Braith in 2007, it appeared as if Jodi had a loving relationship with Seven heir Ryan Stokes.

About two years later, though, Jodi became the focus of a weird and now-famous night out in Kings Cross with former gang member Mark Judge.
