He still lives at home with his parents after finishing second on Britain’s Got Talent in 2012 as part of Jonathan and Charlotte, but he is now a huge worldwide star with exciting new projects.

In 2012, Antoine’s classical pair came in second to Ashleigh and Pudsey, a dancing dog performance. Despite this, Simon Cowell’s record firm Syco gave them a £1 million record deal two days afterwards.

Whether in high school or on the TV show, Antoine was constantly chastised for his excessive weight. The bullies also caused him significant harm, leading to depression and suicidal ideation.

Jonathan Antoine received several offers to join various labels following Jonathan’s global exposure on ‘Britain’s Got Talent,’ Jonathan Antoine received several requests to join multiple labels.

Antoine, who previously battled a throat infection, was adamant that he would instead turn down a multi-million dollar deal from Simon Cowell than lose weight.

The singer used to be proud of his original self, and if someone told him he needed to change his image, he would rather say goodbye to that person.

Diets, according to Jonathan, were never his thing. Simon honed Antonie to be the person he is now as he is working on the path Simon suggested him to.

Talking about what Jonathan Antonie looks like now, he initially thought losing weight was pointless, but in 2012 he joined ‘Weight Watchers.’

Even though he didn’t take the preventive measures seriously, he finally did in April 2013. He weighed around 280 pounds at the time, which contributed to his lack of confidence.

Unlike in the past, no one in the music industry or talent show chastised Antonie because of his weight.

Likewise, nobody forced Jonathan to give it up, either. Only the singer desired to loosen up a little to feel better from within and be healthy.

According to the elite ‘Talent’ of 2012, Antonie never considered an ideal weight to maintain but desired to be healthy and disease-free.

The extreme diet and hectic workout schedules paid off in the end. In October 2013, the singer lost 54 pounds in just four months.

Jonathan lost a stone just before releasing his debut album under Simon Cowell, which gave him even more confidence in the future.
