Briana is the subject of a lawsuit brought by Kailyn Lowry. The Sun reported that Briana had requested an order of protection after Kailyn attempted to expose her s*xual past.
Lowry had filed a slander suit against Briana after she alleged the actress had physically harmed Chris. She also stated that Briana had also broken into Chriss’ mother’s house.

According to sources, Briana’s lawyer had filed a Motion for an Order Of protection prohibiting Kailyn from collecting information regarding her physical relationships without privacy protection.
The lawyer described such acts as irresponsible, claiming that they were carried out to exploit his client’s personal life and disgrace her. On March 7, 2022, Briana had her testimony in the case.

On September 26, 2021, Kailyn Lowry got arrested for allegedly striking Chris Lopez, the father of her child.
Kailyn had denied that the fight had escalated into a violent altercation. The incident occurred during a custody exchange for their oldest son Lux on September 4.
Lopez had reported the incident the day of the crime, but the police had yet to respond. Lowry got accused of physically assaulting him, and he said she was planning a custody exchange for Lux.

After Chris had given Lux a haircut, a fight had erupted. Kailyn didn’t like the haircut, so she went to her house and began violently assaulting him.
Christopher maintained that he did not retaliate in any way. He also informed police that Kailyn had filed active protection from abuse order against him.
The charges against Kailyn were later withdrawn, and she did not get prosecuted for “offensive touching.”
