Love Island’s Gabby Allen showcases her incredibly ripped figure in a VERY skimpy bikini as she works out while holidaying in Spain

Gabby Allen sent temperatures soaring in a very skimpy bikini on Instagram on Wednesday as she worked out during a Spanish getaway. 

The Love Island alum, 31, flaunted her impressively toned figure in the colourful thong two piece as she did a number of exercise in the sunshine. 

She left her long blonde tresses loose in beach waves as she performed a variety of lunges, squats, donkey kicks and glute bridges. 

The reality star seemed in high spirits as she displayed her ripped abs and arms while posing for the video. 

Gabby encouraged her million followers to complete a workout even if they don’t have any weights especially while on holiday.

She said it makes her ‘feel 10 times more confident in a bikini’ once completing a quick workout. 

She penned: ‘No weights? No problem! There’s loads you can do to strengthen and sculpt your body using just your body weight, working with rep volume, tempo, pauses, pulses and time under tension. 

‘Save this for the next time you wanna work but have no equipment or limited space!’

Gabby continued: ‘Sometimes, especially on holiday, it’s nice to not have to work about fitting in going to the gym, don’t you think? 

‘I feel 10 times more confident in a bikini if I have moved my body that day, it’s all in the head but it’s defo a thing, isn’t it?! 

‘That’s why, building a repertoire of exercises you can do anytime anywhere is some great knowledge for you to look and feel your best, wherever you go!’

It comes after Gabby underwent some tweakments after feeling she looked ‘500 years old’.

The personal trainer admitted she had been considering a face lift after feeling insecure about how her neck looked.

Taking to Instagram, Gabby documented herself going for her second round of Profilho – an injection which targets sagging or wrinkled skin in the neck like and boosts collagen and elastin production.

The TV star had previously admitted there is a pressure to look a certain way when you’re in the limelight and spoke about her ‘complex’ of having a small cleavage has never gone away.

‘It’s still an ongoing thing for me’, she revealed. ‘I was thinking at the time, I’m flat chested compared to everyone in there, and I do have a complex about it.

‘It’s not about anybody else. It’s about my own confidence. I’m still considering getting them done. The only reason is that I don’t want to be flat out for a couple of weeks!

‘But for my career and what I want to promote, if I want a bigger bum, I just need to go to the gym and squat. 

‘If I want to change my body that bad, I can do it through training.’
