In a statement, her family reported she died of pneumonia, an illness that irritated one or two lung air sacs.
“She was experiencing shortness of breath and was treated at Tshepo Themba Hospital yesterday.” She was eventually taken to Leratong, where she sadly died away in the early hours of the morning,” the statement said.
The family also indicated that they are still waiting for confirmation of her death.
