Marcus Jordan, the 34-year-old son of basketball icon Michael Jordan, was arrested early Tuesday morning in Florida on charges of DUI, cocaine possession, and resisting arrest.
Authorities found his Lamborghini SUV stuck on railroad tracks in Maitland, Florida, just moments before a commuter train was set to pass. Police reported that Jordan had fled a traffic stop before this incident, and his vehicle became stuck after spinning its tires in the dirt and gravel along the tracks.

When officers arrived, they noticed a strong smell of alcohol and observed signs of impairment, such as slurred speech and disorientation.
Upon searching Jordan, police discovered a bag with a white powder in his pocket, which later tested positive for cocaine. He admitted to drinking earlier at various locations, including a strip club in Winter Park.
Marcus Jordan allegedly resisted arrest by stretching his legs to keep officers from closing the patrol car door. During his transport to the Orange County DUI Center, he was described as uncooperative and continued to show signs of intoxication. Officers also noted that the patrol car began to reek of alcohol after he got in.
This isn’t Marcus Jordan’s first brush with the law. In 2012, he faced charges for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest in Omaha, Nebraska. He also gained attention for his short basketball career at the University of Central Florida and appearances on reality TV shows like The Real Housewives of Miami and The Traitors.
Jordan was released from custody a few hours after posting bail. Representatives for Michael Jordan have not yet commented on the situation.
