Pfeiffer concentrated her professional efforts on medical malpractice and political finance-related criminal lawsuits. She began her legal career at the Mecklenburg County Public Defender’s Office, where she worked in the Misdemeanor and Felony Drug Units.
Pfeiffer is an award-winning journalist and documentary filmmaker in addition to her legal experience. She worked as a television news reporter for more than a decade in Raleigh, Boston, Omaha, and New York.
