He shared a rare photo from the Rocky III set in 2017 showing him doing a handstand fist inside the ring. Although he seems to be in excellent health, he said that his diet was making him feel both physically and mentally exhausted.

He revealed that he was eating a lot of protein, which did not give him a lot of physical or mental vigor. He only consumed a few small scoops of brown rice-based oatmeal cookies and up to 25 cups of coffee with honey daily.

His body fat level at the time was 2.9, which is quite risky. Although he may have appeared attractive outside, what he was doing inside was extremely risky.
